Where every roast begins
Our roastery sits on a small slope in Xuân Trường, where the two Canephora brothers started out with a 5kg roaster and sacks of Robusta from the Central Highlands.
The bar next to the roaster is where we cup every batch each morning — and where you can sit down, ask questions and smell coffee fresh out of the drum.
Straight from the roaster
Pure-roast Robusta phin, our Rô Việt espresso blend and a 16-hour cold brew. Each week there's a test roast for guests to taste and comment on before it goes on sale.
