Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
5kg per order, and you can mix several coffees. Green coffee is sold by the bag (30–60kg).
How long does delivery take?
We roast within 1–2 days of confirming your order. Same-day in Đà Lạt; 2–4 days to other provinces.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer upfront for the first order. Long-term partners can pay monthly under contract.
Can I return coffee?
Free replacement for roast defects, wrong items or damaged packaging on arrival. Let us know within 3 days of delivery.
