Coffee & night bar
One Espresso Rô recipe for both the daytime coffee menu and evening cocktails.
The venue serves coffee until 5pm, then turns into a bar. The challenge was one bean that works for espresso, phin and espresso martinis.
The recipe
We took Espresso Rô a touch darker to push the cocoa and soften acidity, so it pairs with spirits and syrups.
The Robusta espresso martini is now the best-selling drink on the evening menu.
