When you submit a form on this website Canephora receives your name, phone number, province, ward and any optional details you add (shop name, business type, taste, brew method, volume, notes).
We also record the page you sent the form from and any campaign (UTM) parameters so we know where visitors come from. We never collect card numbers, passwords or ID documents.
Your details are kept in an access-restricted internal spreadsheet and Canephora's mailbox for up to 24 months after your last contact.
Canephora never sells or rents personal data. We only share it with couriers delivering samples or orders to you, or with authorities when required by law.
You can view, correct or ask us to delete your data at any time by calling 0932774856 or emailing canephoraroastery@gmail.com. We respond within 7 working days.
