Marble espresso bar — Đà Lạt

The owner wanted an open bar where guests sit around and watch the baristas. We proposed a 4-metre marble counter with a two-group machine in the middle and two grinders for espresso and phin.

Menu & training

The menu has 12 drinks, 8 of them built on Canephora Robusta. The four-person team had three on-site training sessions before opening.

Three months in, the café uses around 40kg of coffee a month on a weekly delivery.
